Whether you prefer to bring your own tent or camper, or opt for luxury accommodation, our festival campsite is equipped with all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay.

Please note that the campsite is NOT at the festival grounds. We strongly recommend everyone staying at the campsite to check in before going to the festival site, as you will not be allowed to enter the festival site with your camping gear. Check-in opens at 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 4.

Tickets for our camping are available in the ticketshop from Thursday April 10th 19:00 CET onwards. Accommodation tickets are available via a separate ticketshop.

Check in/ check out
We advise everybody staying at the campsite to check in FIRST, before going to the festival. You are not allowed to enter the festival with your camping gear. Check-in opens on Thursday, September 4th at 12:00 and is open 24/7 from that moment on. After checking in, you’ll receive a wristband which gives you access to the campsite for the whole festival weekend.

Everyone needs to be checked-out before Sunday, September 7th at 12:00.

 

TICKETS

Please note that each person must have a camping ticket to enter the festival camping area. This ticket allows you to bring your own tent at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can book accommodation which requires one ticket per accommodation and one camping ticket per person entering that accommodation.

  • Camping ticket (per person): €64,-
  • Camper ticket: €50,- Does not include a camping ticket! It’s not allowed to bring a caravan.
  • Parking ticket: €20,-  Does not include a camping ticket!
  • Shuttle bus ticket (camping – festival return): €5,-.
  • Shuttle bus ticket (Tilburg central station – camping return): €5,-.
  • Bike ticket: €30,- (excl. €50,- deposit). If you wish to attend the opening concert and the afterparties in the city centre, we advice you to rent a bike.

All prices are excluding service costs of €3,90

Bring your own tent
When buying a regular camping ticket (€64,- excl. service costs), you can bring your own tent and use all the facilities of our campsite. One camping ticket means that you bring one tent.

NOTE: for all accommodations below, a camping ticket is not included in the price. You’ll have to buy your camping and accommodation separately.

Bring your camper 
You can camp with your own camper. NOTE: camping tickets are not included. Each person is required to have a camping ticket for camping and you ALSO need 1 camper ticket (€50,00) per vehicle to enter. It is not possible to leave the campsite once you’ve set up your camper.

    Lodge
    This lodge is a pre-set up tent suitable for 2 persons. It includes two seperate beds with mattresses, duvets and bedding, a doormat, 2 chairs and lanterns. The tent is 2,5 by 3 meters and has plenty of space for your luggage. It’s ventilated well and will protect you for sun and rain. Electricty is included. Camping tickets are not included (3 nights, Thursday until Sunday)
    €400,- for two persons.

    Belltent
    This is a pre-set up tent suitable for 4 persons and with a diameter of 5M. It includes a carpet, beds with mattresses, duvets and bedding, and lanterns. There’s plenty of space for your luggage. Electricity is included. Camping tickets are not included (3 nights, Thursday until Sunday).

    Cancellations
    Canceling a booking for any reason can be done easily by sending a message to info@festitent.com

    Relax, because you can:

    1. Cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the festival.
      The full amount of the rental and the deposit will be refunded.
      You only pay the administration fee Festitent charges with every booking to process the payment and the booking.
    2. From 30 days and up to 5 working days before the start of the festival.
      A cancellation fee of €15,- and the administration fee will be charged.
      If you cancel less than 5 working days before the start of the festival, Festitent will only refund the deposit.

     

    FACILITIES

    Bathrooms
    There will be showers, sinks, and (accesible) toilets available. You can enjoy a hot shower in the morning, free of charge.

    Coffee, breakfast and late night meals
    There are food trucks and bars to accommodate foods and drinks on the campsite. They will serve breakfast, coffee and tea, soft drinks, beverages and late night meals.

    There’s a supermarket close to the campsite, where there is also a bakery, pharmacy and some other stores (30 min walk)

    Camping shop
    There is a campingshop to cover all your basic needs like foods, fruits, basic medicine, tampons, sunscreen, etc. Opening hours will follow.

    Communal eating zone/ lounge
    There will be a central space on our campsite where you can eat, hang out and meet other festival goers. This space will accommodate tables, couches, trashcans and shading.

    Lockers
    There will be lockers available. You can purchase one on the campsite.

    Electricity
    Electricity is available for everyone in the campsite, free of charge. There will be European regular power outlets (C) at our charging hub.

    RULES AND REGULATIONS

    Security
    Security will be present during all times at the camping and are always available for you. By entrance your stuff will be checked.

    First Aid
    First Aid will be present at our camping at all times.

    Food and drink policy
    Only at your first check-in you’re allowed to bring in a small bag of food and some drinks. However, anything that’s packaged in glass, as wel as any cooking/heating gear is not permitted.

    With drinks we have the following policy:
    – One tray of 24x 33CL cans per person (including beer)
    – One 1L box of wine per person

    There are plenty of food and drink options available at the campsite, as wel as free and drinkable water.

    Prescription drugs
    Prescription drugs are allowed, but only if you can present a doctor’s prescription.

    Drug policy
    Hard drugs are not allowed. You can bring a maximum of 5 grams of weed or hashish, as long as it’s not pre-rolled.

    TRAVEL

    Tilburg Central Station to the Camping

    Tilburg Central Station is easily accessible by train and bus. From here, you can take our shuttle bus to the camping. You can purchase a ticket in our ticketshop. It departs:

    • Thursday September 4th, once an hour from 15:00 – 23:00.
    • Friday September 5th, twice an hour from 09:00 – 14:00. Once an hour from 14:00 – 17:00.
    • Sunday September 7th, ongoing busses from 08:00 – 12:00.

    If you can’t make it within these timeframes, you can plan your trip by bus to the campsite via 9292.nl. Bus tickets can be purchased inside the bus by card. The journey takes around 20 minutes by bus and a 30-minute walk to the campsite. Please navigate to De Kouwenberg 1, 15011 XD, Tilburg. Here you will find the entrance.

    Camping to the Festival

    We arrange shuttle busses going back and forth. You can purchase a ticket in our ticketshop. Busses depart from 12:00 until 18:00 and 21:00 until 02:00. A ticket is valid for both days, so only one ticket is needed per person.

    Parking at the Campsite

    There are parking spots availalbe for camping visitors, close to the campsite. These are paid parking spaces and cost €20 for the entire weekend (Thursday till Sunday). This includes 1x in and 1x out. Keep in mind that there are strict controls on illegal parking. You can purchase a parking ticket in our ticket shop.

    PLEASE NOTE: You can only leave the parking once.

    Bike Rental at the Camping

    You can rent a bike by buying a ticket in our shop. Upon arrival, you can pick up your bike. There’s a deposit of 50 euros that will be returned when handing in your bike.

    ACCESSIBILITY

    Within the scope of our possibilities, we want to do everything we can to make Draaimolen accesible for every individual. If you have any ideas or requests on how we can make our campsite more accessible for you, please contact us at info@draaimolen.nu.

    Medication
    If you need to bring medication, please send your necessities to info@draaimolen.nu. We need your name, phone number, medication and something that clarifies this, such as a doctor’s note or medical passport. We will communicate this to our security team at the entrance.

    Breastfeeding
    It is possible to pump at our First Aid, they are equiped with a fridge. Please sent us an e-mail in advance to info@draaimolen.nu so we can take this into account.
